10past5 Run Coaching was born from the time we would meet at Hagley Park, Christchurch, NZ (5.10am). The time fitted well into our family/working lives and during these runs we formed ideas for our coaching.

What We Offer:

Consistency – Through training experience, we know that consistency is a major factor in achieving running goals. We maintain the same consistent support/guidance through our communication and training plans.

Run Coaching – We work with you. We look at your goals, current life balance (work, family, studies) and personal experience. With a few questions and meet up, we can gather the necessary pieces of information needed to get things moving towards your goals.

Cost – $25 each week – training plans for any distance – for a specific race/event build – plans all worked out in a flexible fashion (weekly/fortnightly).

At 10past5 Run Coaching, we believe that everyone can achieve their running goals with the right guidance and support. Shaun and Blair McWhirter combine over 25 years of training, racing and enjoyment of the sport to help you become the best runner you can be.
